Worth, Clean, Big room
This is my second time staying here. The services and facilities are still excellent. Their staff are so informative and helpful. In my mind, the best thing is room space with reasonable price.
It may take a long walk to JR station so in my opinion this point is the only consideration if you transport mainly on JR line.

Wonderful
Location is perfect. Hotel is walking distance to train stations, subway and Skyliner that will take you directly to Narita Airport. It is also near Ameyoko and there are lots of nearby places to eat. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room size is just right for 4 of us with no problem opening luggages. I would not hesitate coming back here and recommending it to anyone.
There is a small kitchen but no plates or utensils. I wish there's a washing machine inside the room but not a deal breaker.

We’d like to come back to this hotel next time we visit Tokyo
Location is great! and the all staff were very nice and kind. Enjoyed completely ramen and sake while looking at the nice view of Sky Tree from the top floor. We also liked the music performance.
